New Beta fish wont eat?
Just got a beta fish yesterday. he seems happy. he swims around all tay i think he likes his new home but he hasnt eaten im feeding him. wardley betta food from walmart n he wont eat it. also how do i get him to not be afraid of me my friends beta gets so xcited to see her he swims to her finger mine just runs.
Is my fish tank big enough? Molly breeding advice?
I have 10 mollies two orange, two black, two dalmatian, four silver 4 are males and 6 are females. The male silver and the male black are sail fins. im trying to breed if you have any advice on that, i have all the equipment . Three male silver dollar very skittish, they hide constantly . Then finally I have one angel fish. My tank is a 20 gallon tank and 4 fake and 2 live plants. I also have ancient ruins ornaments in it. Right underneath it I have a 10 gallon waiting for the frye from the mollies when one eventually gets pregnant. There are three pennies in each of the tanks I heard that helps with hardness in the water and they are both set at around 78 82 degrees. So is my tank big enough and do you have any advice with my mollies? They are on a tropical flake and blood work diet by the way.

Why do goldfish make good pet compared to other fish?
I have two bettas each n their own ten gallon tank with a few small guppies and would love to have a goldfish a fantail or orana, a short goldfish like that so I'm going to check the prices for everything I would need today.Anyways... why would a goldfish be better than let's say, a community tank, bettas, etc? I know how to care for them, so you don't have to say D

i have this lovly male beat who lives in a big tank with lots of other fish though recently one fish died i thought they where all ok then i notice my betta has this massive bump right under is bottom fins is he ok? what is it?Ok ppl i should add that all the fish hes with i have had checked multi times to make sure hes safe with them my betta got depressed when he was alone so i got him compatable fish

Using epsom salt in a fish tank?
I was wondering if I could use epsom salt in an attempt to help cure my betta's fin rot. I know that they make aquarium salt, which I will buy if epsom salt doesn't work since I already have epsom salt, it would be silly to buy something new if it works . Is there any real difference? If I do add some epsom salt, should I turn off the filter, since it has carbon in it?
Frog fish/ Angler Fish?????
I'm getting a frog fish and I wanted to know if I could keep 2 in a 30 gallon tank. I also wanted to know how much to feed them. I know your supposed to feed them shrimp and feeding fish, but I don't know how much. Like 3 shrimp a day or 2 fish a day or what?
Can i return my fish to main tank after saltwater ich?
i got 10 fish i treated for ick.i used copper treatment for a week now and they show no signs of ick.can i return them to the main display tank now or should i wait? 55 gal main saltwater tank.using 24 watt uv in main.also i have fish in 2 10 gal hospital tanks.
Breeding fighting fish not working?
Hi folks. I recently bought a male fighting fish and three females from my local pet shop. All are in good condition and i feed them frozen bloodworms almost every day. I made a breeding tank for them and when I put the male in and the female in a seperate jar, the male tries to flare and show off to all three females, but then she just flares back and there are no vertical stripes light colored fish . What am I doing wrong? Why are all the females disliking the male?
What tropical fish in 60l tank?
Hi I have a 60l tank all set up with heater filter etc, I already have 4 neon tetras and 2 midget suckermouth catfish.
