Question: Tunnel adapters for hartz hamster cages?

I can't find any anywhere. I would like to buy tunnels for my dwarf hamsters but all the local stores only sell critter trail or habitrail none for hartz. I was told they make tunnel adapters but I have had no luck finding them anywhere. I've tried amazon :/
