Question: Are panda bear hamsters good pets?

I love hamsters! i have a syrain hamster. and i was wondering if panda bear hamsters are a good type of hamster. do they bite a lot? can you get them in nevada? where could you get them? Thanks so much for helping also i know to not put a syrain and panda bear hamster together.

Hahah you live in nevada to uhmm syrians are nice but they make lots of noise i would know ?! No but otherwise they are so cute and fun to play with just make sure its active before you buy it :) please best answer i beg of you

They are small quiet and easy to take care of and they are generally fun and lovable but i warn you they are escape artists make sure your cage is battened down like fort knox or you might lose it but id suggest it over quite afew other rodent type pets

You do know that panda bear hamsters ARE syrians. They just have different names based on their coat color and length. You could get it at petstores I guess but look at the coats. Just to let you know there are only two types of hamsters: syrians and dwarfs.

I think your a bit confused mate, you can answer all those questions yourself. Considering pandas are Syrians, Panda is just a petstore name given to a certain colouration of the breed.

Yes panda bears are wonderful pets and they barely bite and sleep most of the day they are really nice so when you pick out hamster look for panda bear hamsters.
