Question: Why wont my sun conure sunset step up?

What i do is wear a jacket and she comes out on my wrist she steps up only once and dont worry the birds very tame

Try repeating the step up all the time like a ladder Keep on doing this until she's well trained I Hope i helped

That sometimes happens to my Caiques. I have 12 parrots. You have to work with her each day, tell her step up in a strong tone to let her know who's boss. Then if she tries to bite you, tap her nose. Sometimes you have to be strict with them so they will learn. Otherwise, it will be the other way around, where we are their pet and they are "telling us what to do. "
